There was never going to be an off-market transaction show in todays ANZ notice because this hadnt been communicated to the market.
If ANZ want to sell more than 5% of Solagran's issued capital there needs to be a notice released to shareholders 24 hours before hand. This is regardless of whether its on-market or off-market.
No notice - no > 5% sale
