Tony was simply supporting Liberal Party policies. Most of us realise that Malcolm was itching to bring in PC policies but doesn't have the numbers. Why did they place him in as PM. They quickly realised that Tony was great as an opposition leader but hopeless as a PM. Very similar situation to Kevin.
They stood to lose their seats and panicked.
Because Bill is promising to spend zillions, then Malcolm will probably lose as his "live within your means" will fall on deaf ears. Voters expect cash, after all it was Wayne who set the ball rolling with huge cash splashes.
Greece has gone down this path of cash splashing, nothing to do with predatory banks.
There won't be a DD unless, say, Bill is exposed for some nefarious activities. Malcolm is trying to bluff the ferals into supporting the building Commission and they must be beside themselves with the fear of losing their high paid job. LOL.
