For Trees --------
She's made of steel - not wood -
She's 'Anna' -- French flag - steel hull, steel deck I think, wooden wheelhouse - beautiful timber inside - if I butter Michael up a bit - he might let me video inside - I'll post it if I get it.
Here's all the close northern neighbours
Cleo - Aussie flag - Steel Piper 50
Juliana 1909 built. Steel - can't remember what they call these dutch boats. Netherlands flagged. 60 tons. Used every year. comes out of the water about every 6 years to have her bottom tickled.
Anna - French flag - ?? 50 ish ' sorry, can't recall - Steel hull and deck - you'll see some rivets and some welding - so, I guess she's been replated and maybe more than once - wooden WH. French flagged - live aboard 14 years if I remember correctly.
'Come What May' - looks about 50 or so ' - steel - just on waving terms with the owners.
Cleo is new build. Juliana an old lady and I don't know about Anna - they are all lovely boats.
The Pipers are pommy built and buying a new one stacks up - they go up in value for a while after new.
Anyway - here they are -
