I do have sympathies phishpheet - it was a huge strategic turnaround and must have been discussed for some months. The jump in April was nonsensical, but traders took advantage. Quite obviously, PEN is being shorted by Cannacord and co. It's pretty sad but as always, the lesson is always, always, always, stay away from debt, unless the resource is high grade and very large. So many discard debt as being a problem that may be solved later on, but a day of reckoning will eventually come. By the way, I was also pretty sure sizeable dilution would by highly improbable.
