For an ASX it's the Company Secretary's job to keep his/her CEO informed of major registry changes especially if it's the SECOND LARGEST HOLDER.
Either he/she is useless or MT is forgetful (as is the Investor Relations person who prepared the presentation without correcting it) or Kinetic has moved its holding to a nominee (easy these days as no longer stamp duty applying)
