torques value for shareholders

Taking FNT share price today of 6.5 cents what is does the listing of Torque do if you bought today?

If you bought 100,000 FNT @6.5 cents today you can turn $6500 into $8460 as long as torque lists at 20 cents. For your 100,000 FNT shares you will get 9800 Torque shares.

100,000 FNT shares @ today's value $6500 (Plus your Brokerage)
9800 Torque shares @ listing valve $1960 (based on 20 cents)

I thought I also read somewhere that if you hold Torque shares for a certain time after listing you will also be entitled to free attached option but I cannot find where I read it.

If you bought FNT at higher prices (like I did), the benefits are different.Also if you bought Torque shares in the seed capital raising (as I did) your benefits are different.
