Being keen is all very well, being capable is whats required.
The farm-in proposition has been on the table for a long time. Long enough for any serious investor to make up their corporate mind. I very much doubt that this farm-in deal will ever get completed. Certainly not this year.
And as far as keeping shareholders in the loop I don't think the new CEO is any batter then the old.
