True someone sold .... and the price is low .... but someone "bought" .....
Have a look at a plot of the volumes over the last 2 years and see the spike that this puts on the graph.
That is still some serious money to put into a company at this stage if nothing was going on and I don't share your view that nothing has happened for the last 3 years which is what I sense that you are implying from your first line.
NWE even with little money has moved forward by increasing its acreage in the Perth Basin and has met its obligations as sipulated by the permits awarded by the Dept of Mines in WA. Even though meeting these statuatory requirements takes time some money and management due dilligence ... they have to be achieved by all companies who want to work in this environment. The failure of the market and yourself to recognise the worth of the work achieved does not deminish the quality or the volume of the effort which has been achieved or expended.
I, like you and many others have been badly affected by the last two capital raisings and the dilution which has happened as I haven't had the funds to be able to participate to maintain my percentage equity, but I do see the work which is being done and have some sense of the value it is adding to the company.
I understand that the company has to have the funds to pay its way .... there is no other option.

An institution would not bother with these amounts imho.
