Give em a call. CEOs/MDs spend a lot of their time on the phone talking to shareholders, both big and small. The people that call inevitably gain information and insights that others don’t. If you refuse to pick up the phone and ask these questions directly, you cannot complain if you are not receiving the answers you want!
