When I see State One with a buy price of 0.042c and a net vol of 13m as of 20th May, that is a pretty good sign. Maybe, they sold between now and than for a loss, but in my experience State One is pretty good at at pumping, bagging and double-bagging. So, based on past history, if they were in at 4c, fingers crossed there could be some serious upside to TV2.
