My personal take on the wording is it's probably been used as this is unlikely to be a standard capital raising or placement, nor is it likely to be just a single participant for funding, a strategic investor etc. It's probably likely to involve multiple parties and different elements to the funding so it's pretty hard to give a quick sum up for the trading halt release.
I could be wrong of course but all will be revealed Friday.
First read didn't suggest negativity to me, better to just wait and see than worry while nothing can be done anyway.
