    The trading halt: IMO

    It's a shorters best defense. Something akin to the bishop in the game of chess. Just have a look how the shorter's bishop slid across yesterday's one day chart. Basically killed a rally on no news it did. Thus giving the bot free range the rest of the day. why not the old slip in the face speeding ticket and let us be.
