Re ; What happens to our ASX shares :

Spoke to the share registry - Atomic -

Wanted to confirm the procedure - your ASX share will get automatically transferred to Nasdaq and to an American share registry - you will then need to contact your broker to trade it on Nasdaq. This will be done automatically ...

You will NOT need to sell before delisting if you are willing to trade on the Nasdaq.

There may be a consolidation of shares but it will be at an equal value i.e. - eg...20 ASX shares valued as US$1 = 1 Nasdaq share valued at US$1 when transferred to Nasdaq - also pending exchange rate.

At this point in time, no information has been released yet (to the registry) but there will be info moving forward.

The above is Not My Opinion but what I understood by what has been told to me and is the "normal" procedure in such delisting / re-listing scenarios.

Hope that clears up some of the doubts about your shares.

    But DYOR to confirm.
