No, pretty sure all stocks are subject to the same oversight in that regard, makes no difference it's part of the ASX 200 or some penny dreadful, if the ASX has reason to believe the action is suspicious they will pull it up. I think most people are surprised it was not put into a TH for a please explain. Though I'm sure they had their reasons...
