Interested in views from those converted to A2 milk, whether they have also excluded all A1-containing dairy products? I know there are a range of products, but finding this a bit tricky in practice. Lack of A2 milk at workplace cafes doesn't help, and as far as I'm aware there is no A2-only cheese, limited yoghurt and ice-cream options. Anything purchased made with cream also likely to have A1. Presumably ingesting A1 protein via other dairy sources would defeat the purpose of using the A2 milk. Or have people using A2 milk for breakfast/coffee experienced an improvement in GI symptoms despite having some A1 exposure? Also, has anyone personally tried a blinded exclusion trial analogous to the Chinese study (which I think show good results)? I would expect a placebo effect taking A2 milk when not blinded to the milk type.

Thesis for pure A2 milk intake holds strong for infant formula IMO, more tricky to apply for adults at present. I think it is a remarkable achievement to have achieved 10% milk market share for a premium priced product, but I strongly doubt that 10% of the population are diligently avoiding all A1 intake.
