My opinion is that the lack of access and equity for current shareholders, apparent in the neglect to provide distribution of proper notifications and documents to all shareholders of EGO (Given this is an AGM) looks to be another classic example of how railroading and wrongfull appropriations are carried out.

HC is not the established conduit for diseminating important information to shareholders about impending actions/changes especially an event like an AGM in the current circumstances.

This new outfit look to have been assimilated (Borg like - sic) to emulate the previous outfit, what other explation could there be to account for the way this caper is being played out?
