Yes, Labor has stood relatively firm on spending ( in a spendrift sort of way) , but caved in at National cabinet last week!!
No, re the revenue, that's what happens when you have a steady hand on the economy over a decade ( you know, the so called wasted decade where a lot of good trade deals were signed also ) with largely business friendly policies , rather than union or bureaucrat friendly policies. It takes time to build up these sort of things!
