    I've got no interest in Biden's grand jury case - everything about that guy and that case is tainted in my view so it can run it's course but I'm not sure of the relevance of your statement

    With regards to alternative ways of doing it, well I believe there have been intentions to do away with it for some time. I would say there is more value in carrying out non partisan reviews of cases , such as referring to a DA is meant to do BUT in todays highly partisan environment so it seems that is not possible. What I would say is that, should it be found that evidence has been withheld, malicious intent has been taken or foul play has been utilised in order to try and force a prosecution.....well that should result in prosecutions against those who participate. Likewise those who knowingly go against the constitution should be held accountable in a court of law
