I thought that too but then realised it was 30 July 2020 and the year doesn’t seem to be a typo (Varga’s avg price was 30c and we traded less than that last week).
Still consider it a positive sign that a non-director holds close to max voting interest. You must have conviction otherwise its a tough position to unwind.
