A) shorting is legal
its one way to warehouse/get best value out of stock.
side benefit- Top shareholders may be earning some $$ from fees allowing their stock to be used for shorting.
Shorts have to cover eventually.
I just hope its not like AGO where the covering from warehoused stock occurred in a single day with the SP only doubling...
recent FAR shorts from shortman.com.au, looks like its being capped. when wholesale money is ready for it to run. it'll run.
