kwonitoy, you raise a good point, these people don't learn these skills from a course or an institution they learn them from their marriages, their relationships with their kids, their employers, their entitlement providers and their actions.
They end up becoming very efficient at blaming, criticising, complaining and down ramping and then they wonder why everyone has a go at them.
