thanks doc,when galoc first was being brought into production they did get hit with typhoons and storm after storm delaying the project at least 9 months by the time damaged parts etc were repaired.In the meantime the oil price dropped from $140/b to about $40 and OELS sp was destroyed.So its best to be avoided just in case and I know they plan on avoiding it in Leyte where Duhat is to be drilled.
