I think they were caught a little off guard by how quick the red rate has come , particularly in the last week. I believe it was a matter of act now , at this price or they may have missed the boat for this amount of funds.

Good post Lectro. I hope that the bulk of the $50 million raised comes from an EV manufacturer or EV supply chain entity (battery maker). In other words the strategic investor that Spinks has alluded to both publicly and privately will hopefully be taking a major stake and a boardroom seat. We will find out soon enough.
