I would be inclined to ask the operators of the plant that caused the meltdown if the lesson has been learnt . Like i said a lot of rinysks have been eliminated. Going forward after 70 odd years of this energy source being common knowledge it has evolved into a more manageable thing . It is much like the airline industry anything that goes wrong is heavily investigated. The medical industry could really learn from these type of things.
