Yes we have or had all the permits if if if if if the extension was applied and re-signed for another 5 yrs.
The spin that he gives is only that just spin until it is not!
We have no idea if the truth is being told or not.
No dates have ever been written down for us to see if action will ever be taken on any issues.
We got to ask questions in writing at the webinar you are talking of and that is probably some justification why he looks so uneasy, as you can imagine the question on government approval was probably written up umpteen times for him to see by many sp holders. I certainly wrote it up for an answer which to me was a cop out.
I think it's good to have other uranium companies work as a team for the overall push to allow mining for u308 in WA but with Toro saying they have it on good advice the MS1051 can still be applied for and not leading the way and do it for their own Share holders is like watching a ostrich putting their head in the sand.

The company just need to apply for extension of time according to this statement:

"The approval will remain valid"
It doesn't require a change of policy, just need to meet substantial commencement condition.
I think a change of policy applies to projects haven't got all the approvals previously??
