18 - 22 was the A-3 launchpad and stands to reason history is about to repeat. Looks like 23+ is the techno trigger PP like it was back then. Guess "B" primaries are allowed to pull back all the way to the "A" primary start hey (?) In which case are we possibly staring at a "C" primary start (?). And can we dare imagine the implications of such once the new masters have been ordained (?)
We need a broader resources market third primary to start and who knows, might indeed do mid year on bursting of that final bubble (US bond market) which should set all dunny paper alight.
So yeah nice SPEC trader probe coming up for # 2 probe on 23+ breakout confirmation for mine PP. Probe #1 already in at 15.5 near its spirals target 16 (?)
