SP action today is important as we may be breaking that low $1.80's range trade (consolidation of recent gains)weve been experiencing of late. Looking now for a continuation of trend and a test of the $2 level. Back to the weekly scale and the break of the bull flag is looking increasingly likely, reaffirming my $2.80 - $3.30 target.

News wise Im very happy to see port and rail stitched up. Or should I say almost stitched up in the case of rail. MOU's arent binding but happy to see CPL in collaboration with CN rail. Its better than nothing.

Lets hope the market continues to provide respite to allow CPL to better relect true value as these announcements flow through.
