While we are on the topic of valuation, will a farm out actually increase the value of our company ? I am assuming it validates and increases our acerage price.
Everyone seems to be excited about a farm out but we just essentially receive a cash injection with a small royalty from my research, so I am unclear how this would translate to a market cap increase (if it does).
