Anyone here also a shareholder of BGP holdings?
when BGP was spun off GPT in 2009, the company had a NEGATIVE equity of over 600 Million Euro dollars. Now BGP has positive shareholder equity.
Just imagine if BNB bankers had not been that nasty and greedy, and kept give BNB more time to unload its assets, BNB could have positive equity too.
Noted on the last lqiuidator report that the liquidator has also sold BNB's remaining asset, the majority holdings in BNB international ltd to BNB international ltd (the holding company itself). Give, the assets prices have improved substantiallly, I hope the sales was at a reasonably good price.
My understanding is that if BNB or other party, other than BNB Internation ltd, continue to hold majority holding in BNB international ltd, any major restructuring, such as public listing, of BNB international ltd will also have been approved by the majority holder, in this case, BNB. That is my reasioning for the reasonably good price of this sale.
My opinions only.
