A company cannot mine and sell product without a Mining Lease and PEPR.
The PEPR was only issued in March this year.

Next the company needs to set up and infrastructure including building the road/entrance to the site etc.

What is the company worth, and can I buy at a discount to its value?
IMO the answer is when the company makes production it will be worth much more than the current MC.
...and making production is now totally in the companies hands. i.e. no more third party approvals needed.

Then as Warren or Charlie would say, we sit and wait for the market to catch up.
