I must admit that announcment was disgraceful. First of all, they did not announce when he was appointed and then when they do announce it, the fact that he resigned 2 days later does give stock holders no confidence in mgt. Lets see if they release something to explain the situation. McBain is head of GDM, so with the new chairman appointed at GDM - perhaps there was a false start. Don't know.
