Their market cap is supposed to be close to $60 million as they had 1000 to 1 consolidation. I don't know much about LKO but it will probably crash if it trades again.
VEN's market cap is $20 million. Looks like VEN raised close to $70 million, which means they managed to turn $1 into 30c. Not looking good, they failed miserably on the share price performance.
