They appear to be doing now what they should have been doing during the 18 months or so prior to the re-awakening. They should have quickly realised that, for one reason or another, probably inadequacy of equipment, they would be unable to deliver a significant JORC for the Guchab high valley and that they should refocus operations as they have done over the last 6 months or so.
The more important issue is what they can deliver now before the dwindling cash runs out. As you say, they will not only have to deliver tangible value but also a changed governance structure that blocks the shadow director from interfering in operations, allocation of resources and decisions on administration charges that have leached a substantial proportion of the capital raised back in 2012.
