On Friday 17 August, Federal MP Steve Irons chaired the meeting of the Joint Parliamentary Committee of Financial Services that oversees ASIC.
This was a public hearing and Steve raised LWP Technologies directly with ASIC as well as some issues relating to Franchise Retail Brands.

From this meeting, ASIC say they are still investigating and may be in a position to provide an update in the next 4-6 weeks.
Will it be business as usual with ASIC with a weak response or will they look to make an example of those involved here?
