They won’t be allowed to buy on market till after the release of their quarterly results.
But outside that, they can definitely buy on market, as plenty of C-Suite, Directors/Board and insiders do at other companies.
Having said that, I don’t think Karl or Peter have ever bought on market or even in LVT’s cap raisings, so wouldn’t anticipate that changing.
