I believe it would be a good idea to get together as a group and starting to put pressure onto this mob that so far as been taking all of us for a ride.

It would be very helpful if holders would post they concerns and if anyone did manage to talk to any of the boards members.

I see nothing wrong with your suggestion of taking action, however considering your substandard use of English I doubt that your poor conversation with the "random lady answer the phone" was entirely her fault.
