I had previously sent an email via the website and didn't receive a response for months. when they finally replied they apologised and suggested to email either Sheena (investment relations) or Mark (CEO) direct.
this has been an extremely frustrating process agreed however I'm not sure if the company could really do anything different. the message has consistently been they are waiting for a cabinet to be appointed so licensing can be approved. the message hasn't changed and the cabinet, 6 months post election hasn't been appointed
