4 Demonstration of full funding ...updated on 18/12/08
now as of jan 09 contingency we have extra YA 30mill AUD
5 New CFO replaces acting CFO. who still remain at LYC
6 Security trust deed executed re 24/12/08 anns
7 Customary banking ,the swapping of deeds/releasing funds documentation could be taking place right now?
What other conditions are left??
And LYC are making $$$ in the escrow interest
