i still disagree with double digit estimations in this climate. You are looking at it just fully analytical without factoring in the current market sentiment.

Just my opinion, no need to reply with your sums on how you reached the figure.

With corona and oil price, those figures will be pretty meaningless. Appreciate you putting effort into trying to ramp things up but I see those figures as somewhat unrealistic. If you were to phrase it as - if the HRZ is proven, farmed out, drilled, commercial flow and SOLD. I would be more comfortable with your numbers.
