In simple terms zinc can be mined in most countries, U cannot, like Western australia it cannot be mined but the way the gov is going it will prob in the future. in South Aust it can so those companies that have tenerments like bhp can mine it.
you have to do your research on this type of stuff as if they cant and U gets stopped the sp will prob fall.
