I listen to Warren Mosler on the Fed targeting inflation through interest rates, that most consumer spending is not interest rate sensitive, but in the case of stocks, shorts and margin loans I'm thinking the interest rate would be entirely relevant. Maybe I'm better to try an MMT forum.
