total USD$650k received so far, looks like the USD$10m transaction is done deal in my view, and there is no price change as I expect. No one would like to throw $650k in this way.
With more and more cash flow in, VKA has strong ability to acquire/merge new projects. this let me think of AZK, now VKA has very similar situation with AZK. AZK announced U$12.5m transaction for its energy assets in USA, sold non-core assets for $2m sth, then merged with a Tech company.
Sounds like VKA now is doing exact the same, but we donot know what kind of project/company will be acquired yet.
Now ASX small mining companies all try to acquire"company with tech background" other than mining projects, VKA has only 260m shares on issue and will be cashed up soon.
People all keep eyes on the money flow in, but I expect more on the new opportunity VKA seeking at the moment.
My mid term target for VKA is 3.8c (after U$1.3m cash flow in) , however SP could be in teens subject to the new project/company acquired.
