Using Patersons Valuation Sensitivity " A 10% change in either our assumptions for exchange rate or pellet prices equate to 24% and 19% move in valuation respectively." this will mean an upgrade of 140% in valuation.
Maybe a shareprice target of $1.50 to $1.60 might be closer to the mark than Patersons current target of only $0.70/share.
Well to all those GRR shareholders who thought that my prediction of a 100% increase in pellet prices was way TOO MUCH, all I can say is that I'm ALSO surprised that it was so much more.
We're looking at AUD$100 to $110 profit per ton, on say 2.5 million tons. Total profit before tax AUD$250 million pa.
Not a bad result for GRR with a market cap of only $500 million.
There'll be a few buyers in the know on Tuesday morning.
