My understanding of the DEP Docetaxel trial is that the company plans to run Phase 1 and Phase 2 alone. The budget figure of $6M for the Phase 2 trial was provided in answer to a question at the last AGM.

I think that is the point where they will license the drug conjugate (and it is a conjugate!). I cannot find any information on what the other ingredients are.

I think they plan a similar approach with their other taxane drugs, and as has been said here, if it works for one then it is highly likely to work for most if not all.
