May I pose you this question as a friend of mine who used to work in oncology pharma told me that Irinotecan had long been superceded by better drugs such as Oxaliplatin. Given the miserable efficacy of Irinotecan and its side effects that sounds true. My question is how then does getting dendrimer technology help Irinotecan and is it already too late? thanks
