In other words 'market manipulation', if INL are a big chance to pick up the CMR Browns Sulfide Operation there is no doubt IMO that you will see the shareprice move up as word starts to spread, happens all the time with other companies.
Reading between the lines I get the feeling that there is still some work to be done for the two processes selected. INL have put in a heap of time into winning the CMR contract, and even have the Intec CEO as a non executive director of CMR. If INL get the CMR contract the share price won't be 3.7c but a few multiples of that price.
2nd half of 2008 there is a heap of news due out which could change market sentiment in a flash. All IMO of course LOL.
