They should by now lost over 120-150k soldiers. All their north atlantic terrorist organisation trained soldiers would likely by now either completely destroyed or so severely damaged to the point they r completely non functional.
This is by far the most devastating defeat of ukrainian army due to sheer incompetence of the comedian in charge.

Its over for ukraine, Russian army str wouldve remain at over 100k at this stage, likely losing 20% or so since the start of this special operations.
A lot of ukranian lands now would be left undefended as they would now be forced to concentrate whatever left of the remaining army to hole up in kiev. Losing any more of those outside kiev would directly affect the chances of kiev falling in the coming months should Putin choose to do so.
