No-one wants another buy back on the same terms as the last one, with the payment taxed as a dividend, and the same scaleback applied to everyone regardless of how many shares you have, or how many you tendered into the buyback. (Except for Laurence of course, who had a guaranteed allocation).

The fact that the buy back price was $6.50, but shares are still trading on PM at $4, tells you what "the market" thinks of the last buy back.

I still can't pick why it's not just listed (given two? attempts before)

I also can't see why a loan was taken to assist the buy back, when there was sufficient Cash-on-Hand ($392m as at 31 Dec 2022, if i recall correctly)

Any takes on the value of the dividend???,,, , given a loan to be paid back
