"Appropriate to local context" is an idiot statement. In full context it's re-enforcing the governments ban on gas exploration and drilling because "appropriate to local context" will be located where there's absolutely no prospect of finding any hydrocarbons therefore there will be no drilling. This type of doublespeak assumes the readers are on the dumb side of stupid. It's a desperate and ill conceived ploy to get the government off the hook for it's (claimed by LKO) criminal activity against LKO. It's so worded in an attempt to convince the mentally challenged that the govt. is allowing oil & gas exploration and drilling thereby gaining citizen support. I think the ignorance of the general population is disappearing in direct proportion to the increase in the price of gas and electricity which is a direct result of govt. actions. This raises the question, "Is the Victorian government being deliberately stupid or is it really just stupid?"
