Victoria has big drop in crime

Apparently the previously published criminal offence
percentages in Victoria were not accurate. Apparently migrants born
in the UK and Ireland have a larger proportion of crimes committed than
those from Sudan.  Also Victorias total crime rate last year fell by about 6 per cent,
the biggest drop in 12 years.
